Return Policy

At Anchor 13, every candle is hand poured with care and inspected with intention before it leaves our studio. We are proud of the quality of our craft and want you to feel completely confident in your purchase.

Return Window
Returns must be initiated and shipped within 13 days of receiving your order. Please note that any promotional items or gifts included with your purchase must also be returned for the return to be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at contact@anchor13.com. Kindly include photos of the item and its packaging. Once reviewed, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost. Refunds will only be provided if a replacement is unavailable.

Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns on candles that have been used or items that are not in their original condition.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to damage or defect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

Order Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Anchor 13 is not responsible for orders delayed by shipping carriers or for packages sent to an incorrectly entered address. Orders shipped to an incorrect address cannot be replaced or refunded.
